After reading all those praises on my facebook timeline I really had some big Expectations from that movie. And as in many such cases - those Expectations lead to disappointment and left me with mixed feelings. On one hand I'm glad that Disney has decided to scorn cliches like love at first sight or the magical power of true love's kiss... but then on the other hand I'm disappointed with lack of action, epicness and evil characters. Why didn't Elsa change into a badass witch, tormented by the feelings she's been keeping for years inside her? I don't get it. It would have been sooo much better if she would be more threatening. I know, I know - this way it is so much more life-like and that was probably the point. This also refers to the main villain. But come on.... Everybody loves Scar, Maleficent, Frollo... oh yes, Frollo's 'Hellfire' <3 Hunchback of Notre Dame was so freakin epic I can't even express it And we all loved it!!!
